Women in the Church
What is WIC?
WIC stands for Women In the Church. EVERY woman in Wellington Presbyterian Church is welcome.
The Purpose of the WIC Team:
To develop deep connection to Christ, authentic connections with other women, and loving connection with the world through the women of WPC.
We are committed to being guided by the Session and Pastoral Staff to fulfill that vision. In particular, we will set specific performance-oriented goals each year that will guide our plans and activities for the coming year.
These goals will be specifically guided by the church-wide goals established annually by the Session and Pastoral Staff team.
Our goals will be reviewed and guided by Session to help us better fit into the over-all priorities of the entire church for the coming year.
Women In the Church Meetings
Wellington Presbyterian Church encourages all women in the church to attend WIC meetings. Contact Jodi Rowe at 798-4716 for current schedule.

Seasons of Change, Seasons of Grace
Join us as we begin a new study in 2012 - Seasons of Change, Seasons of Grace. Change impacts every human being. Nothing stays the same. While some people struggle and hurt because of change, as Christians, we can have a more positive experience as we trust in the Sovereign God who is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Together we will encourage and pray for each other as we study Scripture dealing with change. Facilitated by Bonnie Sturgis in room E-205
FOR YOUR HEART TO PONDER
Susan Hunt, the Women in the Church Consultant for the PCA, writes in her book By Design: "Women are the fragrance of life. We are the perfume bottle. This is what we are by virtue of whose we are. Removing the lid of our perfume bottle so that the fragrance is evident is our responsibility... so that our presence sends off a fragrance that softly and gently wafts through the space where we are until someone says, I smell roses.'" (By Design, p.180)
