- How to Pray for Your Missionaries
- 8/26/2008
- The apostle Paul was a man of prayer. He prayed for his many converts and for the new churches established under his ministry. He also asked those that were believers to pray for him. He wrote to the Corinthian believers, " ... you help us by your prayers " (II Corinthians 1:11). He literally begged believers to pray for him. "I urge you, brothers ... to join me in my struggle by praying to God for me" (Romans 15:30). Pray For Open Doors - "Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ..." (Colossians 4:2,3)
