Jennie Peters, Children's Ministry Team Leader
Jennie grew up in West Palm Beach as part of a large family who started attending Wellington Presbyterian Church in 1978. Her interest in the judicial system led her to graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, and prior to starting a family, she served as a probation officer in Palm Beach County for 7 years. She has been married to Mike since 1988 and they have three children who attend Wellington Christian School: Micah, Jenson and McKennie.
Jennie's love for children and desire to teach them about Jesus has helped her to utilize her service-oriented talents, and she has formed close bonds with the children of WPC through her commitment to Children's Ministries by teaching Sunday School and Children's Church, volunteering in the Nursery, and as a Pioneer Clubs' leader. Jennie became Children's Ministry Team Leader in 2007. She can often be found on the WCS campus, volunteering in various capacities, or cheering for her kids on the athletic fields.
