South Florida is a place where you move to but rarely come from. Many are uprooted from their extended families and places of origin. The Lord Jesus gave his life to give us not only rich life with God, but rich community with God's family.

Over 170 references in the New Testament speak of the church as a family! We have witnessed the birthing of many Small Group "family fellowships," where old and young alike gather to grow in Christ. These spiritual extended families enjoy meals together, sing together, share the Word together, do outreaches together, and experience the life-changing presence of Jesus on a regular basis.

The Bible teaches that where two or three are gathered together in Jesus' name, he is there in the midst! We see an ever-increasing number of these neighborhood Small Groups blanketing our Western Communities.

Each member is cared for by either an elder or a deacon committed to praying for them, being available to them, contacting them on a regular basis, being an example to them, and making resources available to them for growth. We call it CareNet. This means no one gets left out!
