Celebrating the Finish of B90X!!!

Our church has been doing the Bible in 90 Days study program and it has been both challenging and seriously life-changing for many! We started with over 150 signed-up, and we believe that about 80 or so are still going and nearing the finish. Praise God!  Over 90 days, they will have read the Bible from Genesis straight through to Revelation, and seen the Redemptive Kingdom of God jump off the page and into their lives like never before. I'll share in coming weeks a few of their stories, but for now I want to encourage all of our "B90x'ers"...  (as we have taken to calling ourselves after the extreme workout program P90x- which a certain pastor has been known to be a little obsessed with...)  ... to come out one last time this TUESDAY NIGHT to celebrate the finish or find encouragement to finish the race soon!

Tuesday will be a time of celebrating, sharing, and a final wrap-up of our reading and overview of the Kingdom of God. If you are anywhere near finished the B90x journey, please come even if you've missed the last week or two!  I'd encourage you to come prepared to share on the following:

1. How has this experience impacted your walk with Christ?
2. What do you take away from the Bible in 90 Days journey?

In addtion, I like to ask all B90x'ers to consider the following:

1. We are looking for a few volunteers to give very brief, guided testimonies in services on Sunday on how God has blessed you through the Bible in 90 Days. There will be a sign-up sheet available on Tuesday, so please consider sharing with others what God has done for you.
2. We are considering making this an annual summer event for interested folks in our church, but that will really take the encouragement of folks like you who have completed the journey. Will you be willing to encourage others to take the journey? One way to do that is to come ready to write something very brief on this experience to encourage others to participate. You will have a chance to do that on Tuesday as well.

So keep going, finish well, and come celebrate the end or be encouraged to reach the end by joining one last time with fellow B90x'ers this Tuesday! And for all of you who have never thought reading the Bible through in 90 days was even possible...
